Add-on for healers

Hi all
I have not found any addon section so im posting it here.
I was wondering if there is an addon, that shows instead of just the number you get healed, the person who healed you.
So for example if i get healed by me it shows "350 Hashtag" instead of "350".
Same for damage maybe ?
