no chars after login complete

hi guys,
after i log in i cant see any of my chars...it freezes up after login complete.
i have tried 10 times and problem persist...
any clues?

i logged in with other acc and it works...only when i try to login my main it doesnt work

Your account is not banned.
Issue might be caused by a bugged item in inventory, guild bug or having too many quests.
I will reset your character's location, maybe it will help.

unfortunaly it didnt help, maybe some server restart in future will resolve it
