Return of Reckoning

Okay so I downloaded the launcher yesterday and played for about an hour, no problems at all. All the errors and issues I had at that point were sorted and it just took me a few tries to get on the server. I've wen't to play today and the usual launch stuff is happening. No way to play, just the usual buttons and no attempt to connect to the server I've wen't through as many replies and stickies as I could, I've relaunched about 50+ times and even sent the launcher and files up again correctly. I have no idea who to turn to and I deeply apologize if this has been explained anywhere, I just really want to play!

Edit: After leaving the game on for about 25 seconds without doing anything, it came up with an error box saying "authentication failed, now closing program" and I couldn't do anything but quit with the game, really strange!

Just had a look, none of those "fixes" seemed to work. this doesn't bode well for me getting back on the server !

hi, i played yesterday for many hours, then i closed the game normally, today i tried to open the game by luncher and nothing happen, i cannot see anything, the window where i press the botton to connect doesn't appear... can u help? i tried everything u said here but nothing happened

Removing AsusGameFirstService.exe for me worked. Just go to task manager, to the details tab, right click said program/service and click End Task. Make sure programs that are using it are closed though.

Almost gave up on this, 5 hours of troubleshooting!

BTW really appreciate the game, thanks to the staff for everything.
