Patchnotes 10/10/16

[General]

- To sidestep an issue with having too many quests, you are now no longer able to accept more than 15 40 quests at a time.
- Players who are debolstered to a tier will now pass the check for whether a player is a valid participant in that tier. This should result in the restoration of rewards from battlefield objectives, keeps and zone locks for debolstered players.

[Experimental Mode]

Archmage/Shaman Experimental Changes

- The tactics "Expanded Control" and "Waaagh! Frenzy" will now additionally cause Balance Essence and I'll Take That! to heal 2 additional targets within 20ft of the first target for 75% of the pre-overheal value of the heal.

Engineer/Magus Experimental Changes

- Losing a pet (by summoning a new one or through its death) will cost 4 stacks of Improvised Upgrades / Unholy Empowerment. or however many you currently have if fewer.

why limit the number of quest to 15, especially for players in t4 with multiple kill and defend keep quests, this eems to be a bit on the low side

What's to question here? People just need to stop hoarding quests, do them or drop them.

Yes fair point, but some explaanation as to why would be good, as communication with the player base is essential to stop people
1. whinning
2. raging
3. causing un-necessary issues in game chat

The reason being is that having more than an x amount of quests corrupts your character in some way, making you unable to log-in or causing random disconnects. That's the shortest, simplest explanation.

Now - 15 is a bit on the small side, and I'm sure something'll be done to up this number. As far as I know, anything over two pages of quests can - simply put - break your character.
