Well if you want to level your normal rank up again you could as well make a new account. But it is obviously easier to just level renown rank than both renown rank and normal rank --> Your call

You can buy some green gear from the auction house: they do not require renown rank.
And for debolster settings type: .ror debolster (if I'm correct)

This is not what happened to his account. There is no ban log on it.
I checked your characters on the account, they are low level and some have higher RR than 1.
We need more info on what character you had, name, RR, time you didn't log.

My main was witch elf "LooneyTunes" rr-20 or 21 and I haven`t loged in for month. cannot tell exact non log time...(

if you need some help gearing up or whatever after the GM's get done let me know, would be more than happy to help if this wasn't the result of disciplinary action.

Alrighty, my bad. Seems your account search interfered with a character that has the same name as your account. Your chars were indeed wiped because of abusing that bug.
