Return of Reckoning

Hi,
I'm having a hard time trying to decide which jewelry to wear on my Witch Elf and I'm contantly switching back and forth.


Skaven parry ring together with Torment and Strive or Cytheril + Foserain for the extra Wounds or Oathstone for Dodge + auto attack haste or raw Str/Wounds from Enervating Pain Link? What about Pain Link of the Fist (Chaos Influence Reward)

Genesis is out of reach for now and I don't see how to get them.

In my gear I have between 750 to 850 Str (without potions) and like 5800 to 65xx HP - depends on my jewelry.

My spec is Suffering up to Witchbrew and Treachery up to Heart Seeker with Renown spent to Crit.

Need input please.

Also, how do I get Empowered Warrants? I've tried the search function, found nothing. I've gotten one on both my toons, but don't know how that happened.
