Return of Reckoning

I can file this under a bug report if it doesn't fit here. My main character (also named Aethilmar) had 345 Officers Emblems about 5 days ago +/-. I logged in today and he had 318 (322 after I lost an SC and got 4 emblems). If this is correctable so I had 349 again, that would be great. Otherwise, just notifying you that something isn't getting written to the database as expected.

There was a couple rollbacks over the weekend, you missed all the fun. Might have affected you.
