Web - Red/Login - Yellow [Solved]

So like some people I've been struck with problems connecting the server and in the RoRLauncher I'm getting Web server - red square/Login server - yellow square.
And here is the story
Everything was fine up until 3-4 months ago when I had to take a longer break due to work duties. I've come back just recently and everything was fine on my laptop (can log in without problems). But when I tried playing on my gaming rig I was struck with this problem. What I did (several times tbh) was:
- restart router
- use vpn
- reinstall/redownload RoR
- used old and new launcher (linked by some of the admins, sorry I can't recall which one was it)
- unchecked read only option on folders
- do stuff from technical advice post concerning this problem (viewtopic.php?f=4&t=2889)
- turned off any firewalls and blocks that might have caused it
and well, nothing worked. Everything was fine a couple of months ago, I haven't really changed anything on my pc so it's really difficult for me to find the reason for it happening to me. Anyone got some advice?

Are you by chance still seeding the torrent?

Edit: I don't think this will have anything to do with it =(
