Return of Reckoning

I install the game as required in the tutorial for beginners but i have the "your account is not active" message when i'm trying to log in the game. I changed password too but it stay the same

Any solution ?

due a recent problem there was the message that there was a comunication problem between forum server and game server , which made new account not get registered on new server; can try a pasword reset but until the problem is fixed could not work. IDK if it was solved with recents fixes. Once it will be solve the password chage will make it register indeed.
