How much opponent parry and block is reducen by strength?
On RoR parry/dodge/disrupt strike through from STR/BS/INT ONLY affects the bonus provided by WS/Ini/WP respectively. The bonus' gained via RR or Gear is not affected by your stats. It is affected by strike through provided by gear however.
This was explained as being input so RR/gear defenses weren't automatically negated simply by capping your main attack stat.
So to answer your question, it depends how much your opponent stacks theirs. Seeing as most people are near soft cap, it should negate pretty much all of the enemies stat provided defense. I have the URL saved for the thread that breaks down individual stats. I'll post it if I remember when I get home.
