As topic said, i would like to know your opinion about WL 1vs1 build.

With the remaining oint you can either go for primal fury + cull the weak for a damage amp + finisher

or go for brutal pounce for a reliable knockdown

remember that being pretty fun on live (parry tard defensive WL)

Best 1v1 build depends on the situation, peters build is your best bet for going up against organized 1v1's or against melee or really any situation which doesn't involve a healer. But I wouldn't grab baited trap as it doesn't stack with armor pots, and AA haste/pounce or both with +1 gear is a better option imo.

For soloing in the lakes and doing 1vX's you run into a lot of different situation and I think you need that outgoing HD to have a chance at killing a half decent healer unless you get the jump on them with a silence which is pretty rare since it's tied to your pet. Lacking an incoming healdebuff means if you find yourself in a 1vX situation on WL with a healer involved on the other side you have to go for them 1st with the outgoing HD or you won't kill anything... unless you are going up against scrubs or severely undergeared players.

WL isn't a god like destro /advice chat likes to say everyday :^)

Very effective cause of burst damage when i play in group, but often very weak in 1vs1 situation (mdps and tanks).

this when you will have the gear (+str talis and +1 path with merc) and rank. Echoing Roar is extremely useful against healers and melee doks, i'd skip baited trap too. One on one, with KDs and burst, healers usually go down very fast anyway. For organized groups, it's a whole different story

Sorry for bumping old thread.. But can anyone say what skill rotation is..? I am also new to WL, having played nothing but WP since WAR-AoR.

I use Pounce, Cleave Limb Force Opportunity, Coordinated Strike and then Cull the Weak. It the target is a caster i trow throat bite after cleave limb.

Its on 5 points on the Hunterpath, so you can have it with lvl 22 if you specc straight for it.
