Return of Reckoning

hi i looked around to see if anyone had already posted this but i don't see it.

tonight logging in i noticed some strange colors in the rendering of the sky on the char select screen

wouldn't be surprised if this is something to do with my own hardware, possibly dying video card or something, no idea.

it is new with the update tho as last night i was playing fine.


edit: just figured i'd add that ingame the colors are fine.

Holy ****, it's a fake backdrop. All of RoR is a ruse, the DEVs are up to something.

These artifacts come normally from an overheating GPU (e.g. due to overglocking).

You might want to order a replacement GPU. Those aren't normal.

thanks for the replies guys i guess it's a fault on my end.

really hard to imagine it's my GPU though, I have all my temperatures monitored with alerts set to warn me if any of them get anywhere close to too hot, so I know it's not a temperature thing.

I think my proccessor and HD are dying simultaneously atm that's why i figured it would be my hardware. but this clue pointing to GPU just makes everything a lot more confusing. lol
