Return of Reckoning

is there any admin I could send a video to of what my game is doing cause I have done everything everyone has posted to do to fix my game and nothing works. I all ready have account and been playing for over 1 week no issues then all of a sudden game wont launch. hard to explain what is going on cause all I get is do this do that but I have done it all and it still crashes when it trys to load my characters in the create character screen.
