Return of Reckoning

I made a new topic to stop posting in another player thread who had the same resulting error as myself but for what I assume to be different reasons.

Yesterday I created two brand new characters. I created a squig herder, and when I pressed "Create" nothing happened. I returned to the character selection screen and the SH was nowhere to be found. I returned to the character creation menu and attempted again to make the same character. This time when I pressed create I was alerted that the player already existed, although it was inaccessible to me. I closed my game in attempts to reload the character screen and have been met with this error since.

After completely wiping and reinstalling the game as well as attempting VPNs, I created a new account "NorKalKantLogin" and immediately was able to login, create a new character and play.

Aside from having a full quest log which has previously given my main marauder obnoxious issues which haven't been fixed, my account has an invisible SH named "Gobboeight," which may be the issue- maybe not.

If someone with permissions could please wipe all my toons EXCEPT Norkalli, Norkalkilla and Boooger, that would be the only thing I could think of on my end to alleviate this issue.

Still going to wait for that server reboot, I hear one is in the works for Soon™

Please refrain from bumping the thread with "Free Norkalli" posts, it's not helpful or wanted.

What constitutes a reset? How frequent are they? Seeing as one has no guarantee that I'll be able to play the game again is there anything else anyone can do with my account in the meantime/if a reset doesn't fix it? My ToK was never fixed by a reset and as such was unable to do any of the anniversary quests.

Can anyone please delete my T1 toons from my account?
