Return of Reckoning

in game i went into the add on manager and used the disable all button to turn them off and when i hit OK it wiped my screen of everything, i could see the environment and move my character with the keyboard but there was nothing else. no action-bars, maps, nothing. i cant even use escape key, nothing pops up. i could not even log out. it is not only on that character. how do i reset it to play?

shift + z ?

do it manually by removing them from the directory (into another one or delete).
