Return of Reckoning

Hi, since today it is impossible to use my character 'Azrock' . The game crashes when I chose this character.The character is in the Saphery area. the game plant loading !
For my other characters no problem . how to do ?

Try typing /stuck twice in 5 seconds, you can do it on loading page, used to fix the problem.
