Connect button on launcher

Downloaded the client through the torrent link. Downloaded the launcher and moved to folder. I open the RoR launcher. I type in my forum account then hit the connect button.....nothing happens. Any ideas?
Update: I ran as administrator. Error Message is...

ADDITIONAL UPDATE: I accidentally removed the War.exe file from the folder. I moved it back then I got a new message.....
