Return of Reckoning

I have installed the game as instructed and I can open the RoRLauncher. Then I fill the boxes with my username and password but when I click the "Connect" button nothing will happen. A small circle appears next to my mouse to show it is loading but it then disappears and nothing happens.

I thought it could be a common issue that didn't appear in the "Common Issues" thread so I asked here before just in case. Since it seems as if the problem is from my download I will now download the game again.
