"Yinxisys", High Elf AM

I have a character stuck in Winds of Chaos, an Archmage called Yinxisys, or until a few hours ago "Praythegayaway".
I think we can already see what has happened.
I'm not here to argue in favor of getting the name back. In my opinion, it was a relatively funny and ironic name for a male elven cleric-y type, and was meant to mock the principle of the "ex-gay" movement in modern religion, not the sexual orientation itself. Not that I want to use this as an argument of authority, but I'm saying this as a gay man myself.
However, I can understand if you want to uphold a somewhat neutral naming policy and I'm guessing this one was in a somewhat grey area. So I do not need my old name back.
It would be nice to see the ban removed (I don't think I've received a message telling me its duration), but if it's only 24 hours it's not a huge deal either. It's mainly a matter of it just not feeling nice to be disciplined then.
What I WOULD like however is a chance to choose a new name myself - I abhor auto-generated character names.
Something like "Hunky McMancake" would do.
