Hello,
I can see your account has many rank 1 characters, so you must have been able to log in at some point when you created your account. I suspect that the reason you can't log in is because of an issue currently experiencing with the server, where many people can't log in after a crash or disconnection.
I'm not sure why this is the case, but for now I advise waiting for a server restart.

yes, i creat chars and i was disconnected from server, then i cannot login again.
how long should I wait?
