New player wondering about T2 and T3 pvp

Hello I'm new to this mmo and have made it to T2 (14 right now). I noticed when I was T1 RvR at the war camp and queued pvp was plentiful but now at T2 I may get queued for 1 match every 2 hours and I can't find any RVR. Am I doing something wrong? I usually play from 9am to 2pm est. I love that I leveled and gained gear from just pvping in T1 and the only reason I decided to try this game was because my friends gave it so much praise from its live days. I figure a lot if people are maxed 40 so that's where most pvp is.

You can stay in T1. Type ".ror debolster" in chat for the ruleset you can play under to do so.

T2 and T3 really pick up at around 3 pm est but at 12pm there still should be enough people on to get queue pops and to do some keep takes or defenses (depends on who is zerging).
The last few days t2 and t3 have been really zergy by one side... a lot of people either log off if they are not taking keeps or x realm to the other side.

Thanks for the quick reply guys. I get off work in an hour and will try the debolster but another question comes up...do I still level of "debolsterd"

You should be able to. Obviously you won't get as much as in t2 or t3 but it should be possible... unless the devs patched, which I don't see why they would.
Keep in mind, you only get xp, renown, and influence through kills. BO ticks or zone locks won't award you anything.

A lot of players in tier 2 and 3 zerg with 1 side to take everything. Than relog on the other side to take it all back to max their efficiency.

ATM there seems to be no loyalty to faction. People will log onto who ever has the most players and smash their heads against keep doors for a few hours.
Actual ORvR seems to be a thing of the past.

I'm sure it's been mentioned before, but would a time out for x amount of time work for logging onto Order characters when you were just playing a Destro? Say a 60 min time out?
That way the dev's maintain healthy player pop for each side, but you don't have x realmers impacting RvR so much? I'm sure it's been thought of before.

Then people just make more than 1 account.
