Return of Reckoning

Hi, I'm running around on Tier 1 with a level 12 character. I wanted to 'fill in the gaps' in my storyline, but find I am unable to take part in Faewulf's Rest or the one about killing spiders...
Have I levelled up too much? Are the Public Quests not working? or Is it probably just my machine playing silly buggers?

Anyhow, I thought I'd ask before I spent too much time, in case there is an obvious answer I'm not seeing.

(I can click the stones/kill spiders they just don't tally up in the counter)

Your level doesn't really matter afaik.

You just need to look closer They are stickied in General discussion.
As for level restrictions.
1-10 Lvl --> You can participate only in T1 PQs.
11-20 Lvl --> You can participate in T1 & T2 PQs.
21-30 Lvl --> You can participate in T1-T2 & T3 PQs.
31-40 Lvl --> You can do all of them.No restrictions!
