Return of Reckoning

It seems to me that there are quite a few different options for defensive RR specs and I'm wondering what you all have come to favor.

Toughness
Block
Parry
Dodge&Disrupt
Fixed Damage Reduction (Hardy Concession)
Reduced Crit Damage
Reduced Crit Chance
Cleansing Wind

All of these seem potentially viable to me. If you use a shield, Block kinda dominates parry and dodge/disrupt, but other than that it's not at all clear to me.

Honorable mention shout out to Resolute Defense

the niche renown no one ever uses

parry block and wounds all double dip on defenses because they block damage not only from attackers but from guard damage, and those are the only 3 things that do.

Just get avoidance(block/parry/dodge+disrupt)

If you're a SnB tank prioritize block/parry since you have HTL when rDPS become a problem.

I like reduced crit on heals/dps.

As far as I know, reduce crit chance/damage doesn't work

In rough order for pvp

RD 3 (a must for group play)
block
parry
dodge/disrupt or CW
tough/wounds/init
crit reduction (if it works)

Depends on what youre doing though. Scens and 6v6's, you want the above. If you are going to be in a zerg spamming hold the line, its mostly the same but skip rd3 and use the points for disrupt and toughness. If youre solo, well, who knows, depends on the class, but you probably want block/parry, str/crit, and maybe cw.

Futile Strikes works; Trivial Blows doesn't.

Resolute Defense x3... that is a lot of points invested. Can you guys tell more how/when to use it properly?
