playing RoR in higher res than 1600x900

Greetings friends,
anyone has any tips as to how do so?
It seems that I'm stuck to getting 1600x900, but my (big) screen supports 4K.
anyone would have help me increase my res?

Game works in 4k, I've done it multiple times.
Silly question, Is your desktop resolution 1600x900?

Full screen tab should support up to 4k if your native resolution is indeed 4k.
Actually even windowed mode should support.Are you sure it supports 4k?Check desktop resolution as said above.

I play at 1440p and the option is available in video options, in-game. In the past it has always displayed the highest resolution available.
