Return of Reckoning

I'm trying to get rid of these green curved lines (red curved lines for enemies) that appear around my target like in this screenshot:

I have a ton of addons turned on and am not sure which one to deactivate to turn it off. Anyone know off the top of their head which addon is causing this?

Target ring or something very simiar

the crosshair is part of RV_mods with the 'eve' setting on
