Return of Reckoning

Hello Staff,

I got a strange problem. I downloaded the game, and laucher and so else. But when I want to start it, it works, until the play screen.
I saw the video, if it is not do anything then restart and once it will work but I started nearly 30 times, and always get this picture after login.
What could be the problem?

So I can't attach picture, but I can describe it.
There is 4 butons on screen Cinematic, Credits, Settings, Quit
The black box doesn't do anything, the server version number also seenable, and the back screen.
All function buttons works, but I cannot get Play.

Just wondering if you got this resolved. I'm having the same issue. DL'd all requirements game starts I squeal, then nothing. just the opening screen w/ the four clickable buttons, but no way to log in.

yes i have the same problem and i have downloade it 3 times . all same problem.
