Starting Questing Areas Bugged

Up until now everything has been working fine but today the starting areas have been quite buggy, many quests are just gone making the leveling a slower process, some quests you need higher lvl for and yesterday you didn't even need a higher lvl, all I'm saying I'm creating a new toon and questing today until it's fixed.
