Return of Reckoning

I wrote a quick bit that automatically pings the servers and updates the status to twitter. Site+Login, Up/Down.

Notes + Caveats
- the status updates are single reports of url and ip pings only
- shows ✕ (down) and ▲(up) for the Site + Login/Game Server; similar to the launcher
- it is possible that pings occur during minor downtime ( server/service restarts, dns updates, etc. )
- once the server is up and running again, I will change the interval to 15 minutes instead of hourly
- The Twitter Status is basically a simple bot. I see your replies but I don't reply as the bot deletes all tweets but the latest hourly update.

UPDATED: Game server ping was not working properly, so we switched to check for the server socket

Aye. We've just been discussing how the RoR status reporter needs to be changed. Thanks for the interim solution.

Let me know if you would rather see different icons for greater differentiation. I kept it simple for now. Let me know your thoughts on showing the site's access; I'm uncertain if it is even needed for this as it was mainly a test case.
