Return of Reckoning

I have a high level character, I want to raise another. Can I use my high-level character for faster leveling the arena in the inevitable city ? whether it will be considered a violation? It is not pvp pumping and pumping renown or influence. And its obvious that i cant use characters in other way that for playing.
So, some GM or someone else who is authorized, tell me your authoritative opinion on this subject, please.

You are allowed to play one character at a time. Full stop.

Anything outside of this will result in a ban. Multi-boxing is strictly not allowed.
