Web server RED Login server YELLOW

Hi,
I have a connection problem
Yesterday (9 July) I logged in normaly
Today a started the launcher and I have Web server RED Login server YELLOW
I checked the server status and it is online
I didn't changes/updates in my computer and the connection is good because I can play other online games
I'm in Italy do you know if there is a network problem between Italy and the server?
In addition when I tried to post this topic from my home I got this message:
Your IP xx.xx.xxx.xxx has been blocked because it is blacklisted. For details please see http://www.spamhaus.org/query/bl?ip=xx.xx.xxx.xxx.
Your IP xx.xx.xxx.xxx has been blocked because it is blacklisted. For details please see http://cbl.abuseat.org/lookup.cgi?.subm ... xx.xxx.xxx.
An entry on the blacklist may have several reasons:
1. You are a well-known spammer.
2. Last time a well-known spammer was using the dynamic IP address which you got from your ISP (Internet Service Provider), your e-mail address or the username you have choosen.
3. Your ISP is well-known for a lot of spamming customers and is not fighting against spammers enough.
now I'm posting this topic from my office
kind regards
