Return of Reckoning

When i open RoRlauncher it pops up with an error window saying Launcher has stopped working right away. Ive tried the CMD tricks, the first one gave an error message, second one no message. Ive tried reinstalling everything. Ive tried running in compatability modes and administrator modes. The server is listed as online, what could be wrong?


EDIT: ive done both the CMD tricks successfully and still doesnt work, ive made sure direct x is installed, ive made sure the DLL is in the folder, the file opens and goes to the login screen but immediately pops up with the error message

yes i completely deleted the game and launcher, redownloaded and reinstalled everything in order again and same outcome...this game did work for me a few months ago

Ive now deleted everything for a 4th time, redownloaded completely via torrent, copy pasted all files into a new folder, downloaded rorlauncher to it. And still have the same issue.

Add exception to Antivirus maybe?

nothing blocking it

What directX and .net framework versions you have?

ive installed the directx files suggested on the troubleshooting page, i think my .net framework is the lastest
