Hey, since I can't ask on /advice, my Birthday is next month, does that fancy Birthday cape get given for 365 days for a character? or real life birthday? Cuz I had that cape on Live and its one of my favorites lol

I'm confused why they used the Witching Night event cloak for the 2. Birthday Cloak... On live, the second birthday cloak was the Celebratory Cloak that looks like:

Also the Witching Night event cloak cannot have it's dye color changed.
