Return of Reckoning

I just want to play warhammer, make friends and experience the game like Mythic and RoR want it to be experienced. Lately, and this is no fault of RoR, the server is always being DDOS'd and taken down. I just sit here refreshing the website until the server comes back online or I realize its too late and go bed.

Like seriously, what compels people to do this??

An empty life, frustration, insecurities ect.

The sad irony is that these people probably need friends more than anyone :/

it sucks but its the simple fact that they can do it, that makes them do it... i am also here to make friends... im not so good at it in person because im awkward so i come here.

All jokes aside though its really just depressing, this isn't some faceless company raking in profits, its a small group of dedicated people who take THEIR time out to maintain a game for hundreds and hundreds of people...absolutely no point in it at all. Not only are they screwing with us players but with the people who are trying to maintain this server.

This is coming from someone who literally only started playing a few days ago, i can tell this game is amazing and hopefully once the ddosing stops I can go back to enjoying what they put so much effort into.

ha, then you havent met me out there I'm a friends with everyone (I might hit you with my hammer a few times but atleast we'll joke about it)

I wouldnt mind getting setup on another F2P/Private Server MMO with a few guys from here to play during the down time. Maybe when Uthgard is fully live we can make a <Return of Reckoning> Guild. That'd be awesome

That's what I'm saying... Whoever is doing this isn't some white hat (which is probably what they think they are) they are just some low life that thinks he's being hilarious, only problem is they're the only one laughing at their own jokes.
