Physcial Server Location?

Just found this shard and I'm curious where the server is physically located so I can setup my VPN proper.

Thank you sir.
It appears the login server doesn't like my VPN. It won't let me login in-game. If I don't use VPN, it logs in fine.

The server is going through a rough episode. It probably isn't related to your VPN.
Give it some time.
