Return of Reckoning

I was told my account was banned yet I do not know why. All I know is I tried to change my account password when the server kept going down. I tried to recover my account and found out it was banned. I have done nothing wrong with the game and wish to continue playing with my characters.

I see ne ban on your account, but we do have a bug with the change password system.

If you attempt to change password it may take several days for the game server to understand this
