[Black Orc] Path of Da Boss any good?

Is PoDB any good in RvR? On paper seems to be quite useful to the group.
Yes, Big brawlin is amazingly good for screwing with order melee trains, and WAAAAGH!, is great for bomb groups
And all choppas love a good WS skill buff
