Somehow my account username no longer existed and I had to create a new username with same email. Now I have lost my characters. Anyway to fix or restore my old username and account?

That account's been deactivated. I can't remove the character names.

Hi. When I try to log in to the game I get an invalid username/password pop up. Is there something wrong?

Server is having a crisis. It falls over every 5-20 minutes and during that time you'll have difficulty trying to log in.
I would advise you find something else to do in your evening cause it's not playable atm.

why was my account deactivated?? can you restore it so I can play?
