Cant get passed the launcher

So my wife and I have been playing most of the evening when suddenly we got kicked and this massage popped up saying Unknown username or password. Since then we haven't been able to get past the launcher. Anyone else have this issue. It says the servers are on and the web server and login server are both green.

database server is down, DONT change your pw or username and just wait it out. Also GoT just aired so you have something to do

in another forum post, it was mention that the person who has access to the DB server is sleeping, so I suspect you'll want to try your luck tomorrow.
