Return of Reckoning

So me and my friends have been eyeballing this server and are going to try it out on the forces of destruction. I have never played this game and there don't seem to be very thorough amounts of data on the classes around the net. So I was wondering, what is a class with good survivability, but can still put a good amount of hurt on? Like I want to be able to survive a stiff breeze, but not give up the ability to kill someone for it. I don't particularly care if it's a melee, ranged or caster, but I have a slight inclination toward melee. Could anyone give me a good push in the right direction on what class to play? Thanks in advance.

You probobly want to be a dps Deciple of Khaine BUT.
This is in general not how this game works. People having very little sucess with classes that don't have defined roles. What I mean by that is that min maxing is key in this game. If you can't kill stuff coz you can't get trough healing your dps spot is wasted, if you can't defend squishies as a tank coz you take to much damage you're a burden on the healers, and if you can't keep group up wtih your heals coz you're dpsing between heals. You're group gonna die.

If you want both survive ability and damage

I suggest a DPS spec SnB black orc

Some people will suggest things like marauder or dps disciple of khaine

GOOD LUCK WITH THAT , in this game , all classes are incomplete , u always need other class to complete you , there is nothing you can do by yourself

Good dmg
Easy to play
Only short coming is they don't get much KB. Who cares if ORDER dies to someone else.
What matter is they DIES and you get RR,loot and med.

you probably wanted to play an offensive tank mara or a dok, depend how much you want be dependand on other classes and what you like of each class aestetic, Dosen't bother with how much a class is broken or not things in future will be fix when times will came and for you as new player you will not care how a class is changed just if it is still good so pick whatever you want and like.
