Mouse Suggestions (split)

I`m going to buy mouse with more than 7 buttons as mine Orochi:), but I feel it will be awkward to thumb press so many buttons like Naga... How you turn ingame? Maybe i`m doing something wrong? Usually i constantly hold right button for panning direction camera (mostly SH gameplay), so will it be comfty with side buttons?

I had no problem with it, you can right click with a finger and use the side buttons with the thumb at the same time. Though i have to say that the 2 nagas i used broke in 5 and 6 months. Might just be bad luck however.
