is there any posibility to creat a macro including the guild advertise link?

Translation: Can I spam General chat with my new guild?

Please do not. If you have to make it easier to post your paragraph describing how awesome your new guild is and for people to come 'take a look' or 'PM me for more info' you can write it once in-game, righ-click select all of the wall-o-text, hit [CTR]+[C] to copy the text, and then when you want to spam it again in the next minute because clearly no one read it because you were not deluged by PMs, simply open a general chat windo and hit [CTR]+[V] to paste the same crap again.

Please note that your Guild Info Link that you had in your original spam will not be a link from a copy/paste. So add that at the END of your drivel so you can easily link it again every 20 seconds in Gen/Trade/ and the Russian channel.

No, unfortunately that's not possible.

There is no easy way, another way way presented. Maybe we should leave it with that and lock this, as the question is already answered and a bypass is given.

No need copy/paste each time - in-game hyperlinks. You can use any RGB Calculator for custom color.
