Return of Reckoning

I just completed Battle for remembrance the part where you must click the chest where the jewel is. After turning this quest in the quest giver sent me to Order WC to talk to Drongvor Cragh... the quest did not show any rewards for completion and after talking to this NPC at the WC it said Battle for Remembrance completed in my chat, but there were no rewards and there were no options to continue the quest. I also can not restart the quest. After talking to somebody in game who was actually doing the exact same quest he recieved a different quest after turning in the jewel box quest, he was sent to kill/ attack gorfang i think. when he linked the quest in chat i was able to see the rewards but I did not ever recieve that quest.

Did i do something wrong? or was this a bug?

If i did something wrong could anyone please share so i can fix and if bugged could i have the quest reset so that i can complete to pick 1 weapon.

to clarify I never was given the option to pick a weapon and after relogging/ reloadui i still dont see a weapon in my bag.
