Hi i was wondering the rules for t2 debolster, whene i type .ror debolster, it says equipment level 18, is that rank 18 or renown rank 18? and it doesent make sense since the rvr chest is rank 20. any help would be nice.

You won't get banned for that...you'll get turned into a chicken. It's supposed to be r18 gear.
