Anyone got any tips stuck at 29

Salvage item of higher levels. Generally, it increases in increments where 25 salvage = 5 gear level.

So at salvage 29, you need to salvage gear level 10 or more. Ideally level 13 or 15 iirc.

whats the best way to get this gear any spots to farm

Farm PQs with high density humanoid mobs with a character that has scavenging (and preferably good AoE and some self-healing or tankiness). This will get you plenty of silver; green gear; and talisman making spots. When you salvage, wounds/weaponskill/initiative and resistances are the fragments you cannot get with scavenging.
