Return of Reckoning

Hey. so I recently installed this, never played before, and I get to the character select screen only for it to be blank. I'm not sure if this is a common issue or not, and hopefully it's easily fixable.

Are you using an Apple router by any chance? I had the same issue, and could only get RoR to work by bypassing the router.
