I register yesterday and active my account on Hotmail but I can't log on the launcher is just keep saying my account is not active I tried using one of my friends account that works

Change your password in the user control panel. You most likely made your account while the game server was offline, so your account wasn't added.

Password changes can take some time. Just have to wait.
