Hello all,

I'm going to leave a few links below that talk about psychological effects in game theory, I think that many could benefit from the information provided (it has helped me a lot as a player). Though the context is Heroes of the Storm, the ideas still pertain.

Diffusion of Responsibility

Cognitive Dissonance

Delayed Gratification

Confirmation Bias

Consider fusing some of these ideas into how you play and how you communicate with your teammates, Good luck and have fun!

Unfortunately, the prevalent attitude to "bettering" yourself in PvP games seems to nerd-rage, rage-quit and log onto the forum to QQ for a nerf of the class that you lost to.

HotS can be competitive, you just have to embrace it for what it is.

I just play to have fun. Planning builds is the limit of how serious I could take games.
