Return of Reckoning

was attempting to get strife/torment unlocks in cinderfall and everything despawned in game. NPC's, quest items on the ground, and I couldn't use any abilities. relogged to fix it and got stuck at character select, it only affects my main character. I can log in fine with any other character. not sure how to go about getting this fixed other then posting here, my main's name is haroldgorfang.

I dont have a loading screen at all. It instantly brings me back to character select with error message "the server has closed your connection, you have been disconnected".

edit: gonna try to turbo type it in the nonexistent load screen.
