Connect button not working?

Since the restart today I tried running the launcher to get back in, and the connection button doesn't appear to be doing anything (not launching the client at all). The forum button still works. Is there something wierd going on w/ the servers (this site says they are online, and so does the launcher). Anyone know how to fix this issue? Or do I just need to wait a while. Thanks.
