Where can a Chosen with nothing to do find some fine dragons to slay with his bare hands?

( I checked Cindarfall and I could not find the said-dragon champs near the main river )

Unusual Sun Dragons, which are actually Great eagles.

That is what is unusual about them.

Those are part of a PQ/quest chain where the Dark Elves are besieging the Tower of Hoeth. The archmages appear to have several Sun Dragons defending them, but it is discovered this is really an illusion cast on several wild animals in an attempt to keep the Dark Elves at bay long enough for reinforcements to arrive. In the live game, the illusion on these "Sun Dragons" would be dispelled when the player attacked them, causing them to transform back into eagles.
